SIMPLE TO RIDE
It's easy to ride and operate the FREELY. Simply turn the key, twist the throttle and off you go! No previous experience or special license is required. In fact, almost all of our new customers learn to ride in 5 to 10 minutes. Hopping on and going is simple and intuitive.
NO LICENSE, REGISTRATION OR INSURANCE
Under US federal law, our electric vehicles are considered electric bicycles due to their unique electric power settings and technical specifications. In most states, including California, the FREELY scooter requires no driver's license, motor vehicle registration or auto insurance to operate. You will never need a motorcycle license to ride. FREELY is the perfect solution for those without a license, and for anyone who chooses to travel smart and simple.
